MOORELIFEE Cancellation, Late Arrival & No-Show Policy At MOORELIFEE, we understand that life happens. To respect your time and ours, all appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the service booked. Clients arriving 7 minutes or more late may be required to reschedule their appointment. A 50% late cancellation fee of the scheduled service will apply. Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. These policies allow us to accommodate other clients, keep our schedule running smoothly, and ensure every guest receives the time and care they deserve. Thank you for your understanding and continued t in support. SPECIAL APPOINTMENT POLICY Appointments requested outside of regular business hours may be accommodated based on availability. A $25 or $50 convenience fee will be added to any appointment scheduled outside of regular business hours, regardless of the time requested. Special appointments offered are at the discretion of the wax specialist and are not guaranteed.
